Donna Alleman

Principal Bookkeeper. MYOB Certified Consultant.

Donna has been a small business owner of MYOB bookkeeping services for 12 years. Prior to that, she worked as an Administration Manager in the printing industry for 4 years, and she spent 10 years working her way from a Graduate Trainee Bank Officer to a Bank Officer Manager for NAB.

Donna’s skills and experience are supported with:

• Bachelor Business (Human Resources)
• MYOB Consultant Certification
• Australian Institute of Certified Bookkeepers (ICB) membership

Michelle joined our team in February 12 and has 10 years’ experience with MYOB and business administration. She has worked in a wide range of industries, including retail, wholesale, commercial services and property management.

Brooke Sutherland

MYOB Senior Bookkeeper.

Brooke joined our team in October 12.  She has 5 years MYOB experience, and 18 years experience in accounting, bookkeeping and business administration.  She has worked in a variety of industries, including hospitality, manufacturing, and engineering.

Brooke has a Certificate IV in Financial Services (Bookkeeping).  She is passionate about figures, and is dedicated to providing a quality service to our clients.

Edouard Alleman

Computer Technician, Microsoft Registered Partner.

Edouard is our secret ingredient!

He makes sure our computer systems and networks are set-up and maintained to provide reliable off-site bookkeeping services. He’s also available to set-up and maintain your computer systems and networks.

All Business in Mind Bookkeepers are supervised by Business in Mind Principal, Donna Alleman. All work is reviewed each quarter for accuracy and in house training ensures maintenance of knowledge affecting our work.
