| Onsite hourly rate | $99 per hour – 1 hour minimum fee then charged per 15 minutes, capped at 3 hours

| Offsite hourly rate | $59 per hour – 1 hour minimum fee then charged per 15 minutes, capped at 3 hours
$50 per hour for pensioner |

| Repair Quote fee | $59 per quote, charged ONLY if you do not proceed with the repair |

| Remote and Telephone support | $20 per 15 minutes or call, please have your credit card ready for this service |
